Real Strength for Real Women: A Fitness Branding Session with Casey of Inspire Health and Wellness

In the fitness world, it is incredibly easy to get overwhelmed by the sea.. well, fitness, lifting, protein, steps, etc! But if you look closely, you’ll find the true game-changers: the goal setter who show up with real, raw, and attainable inspiration for everyday women.

Recently, I had the pleasure of hosting a branding mini session at the Lake Effects Community Arts Center in Manistique, Michigan, and I got to sit down behind the lens with exactly one of those game-changers: Casey, the Registered Dietitian and Certified Personal Trainer behind Inspire Health and Wellness! Casey is a powerhouse health resource with a massive online following, serving women all across our Central Upper Peninsula community and beyond.

Casey specializes in working exclusively with women navigating perimenopause and menopause, helping them understand how their bodies function at this stage of life. When she filled out her questionnaire, she made it clear that her goal was to capture images that convey trust, approachability, and real strength.

To bring her vision to life, we skipped the stiff corporate headshots and leaned directly into her element. Casey showed up rocking her brand colors from head to toe—sporting a vibrant pink and black outfit, a "STRONG" hat, and the most adorable striped socks.

High-Impact Action Shots for Launch Success

One of Casey's big marketing goals for the upcoming months is the continuous promotion of her flagship offering: her fitness membership and strength training bootcamps. She specifically needed powerful "action shots"—like holding weights—to fill the holes on her website sales pages and app workout covers.

We set up a weight bench, and Casey brought along her heavy-duty 20 lb dumbbells. Documenting her in motion- strong, focused, and genuine-was an absolute joy, not to mention she is a ray of sunshine! These lifestyle commercial images provide the perfect visual proof for her sales copy, showing future clients exactly what her strength training programs look like in action.

The Behind-the-Scenes Strategy

Behind every great virtual fitness program is a lot of digital hustle. Casey needed to highlight the tech side of her business, so we captured beautiful behind-the-scenes moments of her working on her computer and phone, illustrating her workout pages and her app she uses to connect with her community.
